The “Select” concept of the Schaerer Coffee Soul
With its unique “Select” concept, the latest coffee machine in the Schaerer product range creates unprecedented freedom for individualised configuration according to your requirements. To help you get off to a good start, we have two models to choose from: The Schaerer Coffee Soul 10 with 10.4-inch touch display and the Schaerer Coffee Soul 12 with 12.1-inch video touch display.
Once you have made this first choice, you can then decide which technical features you want for your coffee machine, regardless of the model you have selected. This includes the number of grinders, the choice of a powder system, whether you need an additional boiler for more power or the Schaerer Hot & Cold technology for the fully automatic preparation of cold coffee specialities. And these are just a few examples of the many different equipment options and features of your Schaerer Coffee Soul! In addition, several colours are available for selected design elements. We have developed three different user interfaces (GUIs): For operation by staff, for self-service by guests and for self-service by frequent users. You can choose from any of these and adapt the GUI perfectly to your coffee concept.

Options for basic machine
Additional coffee types
Offer a selection of coffee blends: Install up to three 1200 g bean hoppers (instead of powder hoppers) and three high-precision, slow-running grinders.
Espresso grinding discs
For a greater variety of espresso, you can choose specially ground grinding discs.
Additional water for americanos
The central outlet can be fitted with a separate hot water dispensing for preparing the perfect americano.
Hot & Cold
Coffee brewed hot or served cold? Both are possible thanks to the special Hot & Cold feature. It makes it possible to serve tasty and flavourful cold beverages at any time.
Best Foam™
The patented Best Foam™ technology from Schaerer has revolutionised machine coffee preparation and promises barista-level quality. Hot or cold, smooth or creamy and firm: You can create milk specialities your guests will love. Note: If this option is selected, the second boiler must also be selected
Twin Milk & Backup Milk
Twin Milk: Expand your product range by offering two different types of milk, for example whole milk and skim milk (2 x 4.5-liter milk containers in the cooling unit). There is no switching to the second container. Shortly before each container is empty, a notification appears. Note: Since the Twin Milk is not dispensed through two completely separate milk systems, cross-contamination is possible. This means that, in combination with cow’s milk, alternative milk can be dispensed which is low in lactose, but not lactose-free.
Backup Milk: The external cooling unit makes it possible to store up to 2 x 4.5 liters of fresh milk. Shortly before one container is empty, the system automatically switches to the second milk container. This gives you time to refill the first container while the coffee machine continues working with the second container. When a beverage is being prepared, the Schaerer Coffee Soul 10 and 12 take the required milk directly from the cooling unit, which is placed to the side next to or under the machine to save space.
Side cooling unit 1 x 10 liter
You can supplement your Coffee Soul with a side cooling unit on the left and/or right side.
Thin Cup & Cool optional accessory
«Cup & Cool» combines cup warmer with milk cooling unit, saving valuable counter space. The integrated fill level sensor sends a message to the machine when a residual quantity of about 0.5 liters is reached. The integrated lighting in white, red, blue and green provides additional flair on the counter. Can be placed on the left only or as Centre Milk.
Powersteam
Without monitoring, the foam consistency and temperature must be monitored manually. Perfect for locations with a professional Barista.
Autosteam
With temperature monitoring. The system switches off automatically when the programmed temperature is reached. Foam consistency must be monitored manually.
Supersteam
With fully automatic monitoring and shut-down after foam consistency and temperature are reached. Foam consistency and milk temperature can be set individually.
Steam boiler (3rd boiler)
Required for Best Foam™ or steam outlet, with milk system.
Hot water outlet, left
A separate hot water outlet on the left for tea and other beverages, is particularly well-suited for serviced areas.
Hot water outlet, central
A separate hot water outlet in the centre for tea and other beverages, is particularly well-suited for self-service areas.
Hot water boiler (2nd boiler)
For simultaneous brewing including brewing accelerator and additional water for americanos.
Twin Topping container
With the Twin Topping container, you can offer two different kinds of powder in one container, for example chocolate powder and milk powder (instead of a 3rd grinder).
Powder container
Containers for chocolate and milk powder as well as other powder beverages (instead of 3rd grinder) are available as individual containers for one powder.
Flavour Point
Opens up a whole new world of possibilities with a choice of four syrups. The Flavour Point syrup station is situated under the counter. Offer your customers a larger selection of beverages and create new flavoured recipes.
Manual outlet
The height of the outlet is adjusted manually.
Touchless outlet
Touchless outlet means an automatically height-adjustable outlet.
